Our History

The company, a service disabled veteran owned company, was founded as an ideal to better serve the nuclear industry.  It started as a teaming relationship from two companies, Operations & Maintenance Excellence Inc and Benegas Engineering Professional Services.  Each company had its strengths, but they realized together they could accomplish so much more. Pete Owen and Tony Benegas have been comgolmeraiting together for the last 7 years.   Now Apogee Technical Services LLC is a staffing agency which is particularly active in Richland and the surrounding areas. 

From experience placing staff within the nuclear industry, Pete and Tony became adept at finding employees that met their client's expectations.  This started by the company building a file with candidates personally selected and that could be referred without having to worry.

In the meantime, this idea has evolved into a company with several employees specializing in the following areas:

• Engineering Services
• Design Services
• Other Technical Services
